As you have probably heard the board of directors of Reflection Lake Community Association resigned with the exception of Richard Miller.
In accordance with Article 5.5 of the by-laws he appointed the following members of the community to the board of directors of the Association; James Powers, Neal Kimball, Jerry Parker, Susan Emry, Russ Bishop, James Case, Terry Child, Rob Lee.
The following officers were elected by the board; James Powers as President, Neal Kimball as Vice President, Jerry Parker as Treasurer, and Susan Emry as Secretary.
We will have to see how the corona virus situation develops, but at present we plan on holding our regular board meeting April 7th. There is a lot to address and we need to meet if possible.
