Dear Association Member,
The RLCA official annual dues billing will be sent out from Franklin Accounting in mid-April. The amount will be $275 per lot owned, and must be paid by June 1st of this year.
Early payments are welcome! Lot payments received prior to April 30th will earn a $10 credit per lot paid. The uncertainty of when we will be reimbursed from the lawsuit won by the community, requires us to take great care not to purchase items until funds become available. As of this moment, the second suit is still active, and could be settled quickly or drag on through summer.
Liens for collection of 2021-2022 RLCA delinquent dues will be filed this week, unless you have made arrangements for payment with RLCA.
