Announcement of Special Meeting
It is election time! Please look for the ballot and other details about this special meeting in your mail.
This special meeting is called by the members. The purpose of the meeting is to collect proxies and count ballots to elect eight Board of Directors. This removes the current appointed members (James Powers, Neal Kimball, Harry Case, Sue Emry, Rob Lee, Russell Bishop, Nan Bulish and Jerry Parker). The current appointed directors, as well as any other RLCA resident in good standing with at least one year of residency at the lake are eligible for the new elected positions.
These are the only two items on the agenda. As a special meeting of the members, there cannot be other business other than described for this meeting.
Please participate! Participation is easy. You may participate by dropping off your ballot at the Special Meeting or by mailing in your proxy with your ballot choices.
