Lake Conservation, Maintenance and Dams

When it became obvious that the same people were on these three committees we decided to consolidate them. Many of the topics cross-over and usually if we are going to do something with the dams, the conservation is a factor, and maintenance affects the other two as well. This way we have one monthly meeting and we are much more effective. We have a lot of projects that have been tabled in the past due to lack of funds and/or lack of help, and now they are at a point where they need to be taken care of and if we don’t have volunteers we will have to hire it out, so if you can volunteer to help, we can save $$. Then again, there are some projects that we will need to have professionally done for the safety of our community.

Of course, the winter months aren’t the best time for working on outdoor projects, but you are always welcome to come to our meetings so you’ll be ready to help in the Spring.  To find out how you can be a part of this great team, contact us.
