Rick Hayes called me a last night and apologized for

not plowing Lake, Sheets and Frontage roads sooner. As you might expect, he is not pleased with the freeze on the bank account. But if he hasn’t already, he will plow this morning, about daylight.

He and I talked the day before about his normal billing process. Although he normally bills at the end of each month, he is willing to wait for this banking freeze to be resolved.
