I have been contacted by members asking why Franklin Accounting has not sent them an invoice for their 22-23 dues payment. We recently changed accounting firms from Watson to Franklin. The transition, for the most part, has been working well.
Mr. Franklin and his staff ask all members to check your junk email file. All members who have given a correct email address, phone number , and mailing address should have received an invoice for payment or receipt of payment.
Our bylaws are clear, it is your responsibility to notify the RLCA Secretary or Treasurer with your contact information.
Franklin is working on setting up autopay but will not accept credit cards.
